Membership benefits
How everything works.
Straight talk on the benefits and fine print, so there are no surprises.
Priority scheduling — 24 hours, guaranteed
24-hour priority scheduling means that within 24 hours of your call with a Mr. Breeze team member, a technician can be at your home. It does not waive overtime charges — only Sapphire Club members are exempt from overtime. Premier members still pay the $179 overtime rate when applicable.
Sapphire Club Credits
Credits accrue two ways: at signup (Premier $100 · Sapphire $200) and monthly for Sapphire members only ($10/mo, no expiration today). Use them at signup or later for new HVAC equipment, water heaters, IAQ products, and non-warranty repairs.
Service calls & repair discounts
Zones are gone — every service call is $129, overtime is $179. Club repair discounts (5% / 10% / 15%) do not reduce the service-call fee itself. For Premier and Sapphire members — even if you join the day of the visit — repairs over $750 wipe both regular-time and overtime service-call charges. Sapphire members never pay overtime.
Additional systems in the same home
Most homes have one HVAC system. If yours has more than one complete HVAC system (Outdoor Air Conditioner or Heat Pump + Furnace or Air Handler + Evaporator Coil), we offer discounted rates to service every system at the same address on the same visit. If a separate visit is needed to service another system, additional charges may apply.
Comfort Club — one seasonal tune-up
Comfort Club covers a heating tune-up in fall/winter OR a cooling (AC) tune-up in spring/summer — not both. Step up to Premier or Sapphire for both seasons plus priority scheduling.
Cancelling your membership
Cancel anytime. If no services have been used, monthly payments simply stop. If services were performed, a pro-rated amount may be due (or refunded). Sapphire & Premier: one service performed → 50% of the annual membership rate is due (monthly payments already made count as credit). Comfort Club: if the maintenance visit was performed, the full annual rate is due. Stay at least one full year to keep signup Sapphire Credits.
Cancellation example — how Sapphire & Premier proration works
A member signs up for the Sapphire Club at $34.99 / month (about
$419.88 / year). Mr. Breeze performs one seasonal tune-up. The member
cancels the next month.
Because one service was performed, 50% of the annual membership rate is due
at cancellation (~$209.94). Monthly payments already made count as credit
toward that amount — so if two months were paid (~$69.98), the remaining balance would be
about $139.96. Comfort Club is different: if the single maintenance visit
was performed, the full annual rate is due. Stay with Sapphire or Premier at
least one full year to keep every signup Sapphire Credit.
