These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website mrbreezehvac.com and the services of Mr. Breeze Heating & Cooling, located at 1296 Eisenhower Rd, Leavenworth, KS 66048. By using our website or requesting HVAC or related services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, including the Your Privacy Choices section. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services. We are a licensed, insured, and bonded mechanical contractor serving Kansas and Missouri; exact license numbers are available on request and will be printed permanently in the site footer once confirmed by the business.

Services

Mr. Breeze Heating & Cooling provides residential and light-commercial heating, cooling, heat pumps, ductless/mini-split, indoor air quality, water heater, plumbing-related, and related services across Leavenworth, Shawnee, and the Kansas City metro in Kansas, including neighboring Missouri communities listed on our service-area pages. Service availability, scheduling, pricing, and promotions are subject to change. We answer calls 24/7; emergency dispatch is subject to technician availability and weather/road conditions.

Estimates, Pricing & Promotions

Quotes and estimates are based on information available at the time and are non-binding until confirmed in a signed service agreement or written authorization; final pricing may change after on-site inspection, diagnosis, or discovery of additional work required for a safe, code-compliant repair. Promotions and Comfort Club membership terms are subject to change and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise; Mr. Breeze Heating & Cooling reserves all rights and control of the Club Membership program. Financing, where offered, is arranged through third-party lenders subject to that lender's terms and credit approval — we do not make credit decisions and are not a lender. Financing pages on this website collect contact information for follow-up only; they are not on-site card entry forms.

Scheduling & Online Booking

Submitting a form or calling requests an appointment; we will confirm the time with you directly. Where "Schedule My Service" opens Housecall Pro's online booking widget, that experience is provided by Housecall Pro under its own terms. Priority-scheduling guarantees apply to eligible Club Membership tiers as described on our plans page.

Website Content & AI-Assisted Material

Some website content (including educational Learning Center articles) may be generated or assisted by automated tools and is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for an on-site diagnosis by a licensed technician and may contain errors or omissions.
