Privacy Policy

Last updated August 11, 2026

Mr. Breeze Heating & Cooling ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at mrbreezehvac.com and in the course of providing residential and light-commercial heating, cooling, indoor air quality, plumbing, and related services across Leavenworth, Shawnee, and the Kansas City metro in Kansas and neighboring Missouri communities we serve, how we use and share that information, and the choices and rights you have. By using our website or services, you agree to this Policy. Our primary business address is 1296 Eisenhower Rd, Leavenworth, KS 66048.

This Policy is provided for general information and is not legal advice. Final wording should be reviewed by counsel for your specific circumstances before relying on it as a definitive legal position.

Information We Collect

  • Information you provide: name, phone number, email, service address, and details of your service request when you contact us, request a quote, schedule service, inquire about financing, join a Comfort Club plan, apply for a job, or submit a review request.
  • Communications: the content of calls, emails, and form messages you send us. Phone calls to or from us may be recorded or monitored for quality, training, and scheduling purposes where permitted by law [CONFIRM with client whether recording is in use].
  • Automatic / technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and similar analytics data collected via cookies and similar technologies when you allow analytics/advertising storage.
  • Tools actually in use on this site: Google Tag Manager (containers GTM-TJPWZ8RL and GTM-WR5SGT6 ) which loads Google Analytics 4 (G-MMHP8FY52B) and Google Ads (AW-668507627) according to your consent choices; Google reCAPTCHA on lead and application forms (spam protection); and Housecall Pro's scheduling widget when you choose "Schedule My Service" (booking data is entered in Housecall Pro's interface, not as raw card fields on our pages). We do not operate an on-site chatbot at this time. We do not collect payment card numbers on mrbreezehvac.com pages.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to inquiries and to schedule, provide, and follow up on HVAC and related services
  • To send appointment confirmations, service updates, estimates, and invoices by phone or email
  • To process financing inquiries through our team follow-up (we do not run an on-site credit application or card entry form)
  • To operate, secure, analyze, and improve our website and services
  • To measure marketing performance (when analytics/ads storage is allowed)
  • To evaluate job applications you submit
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

Text Messaging (SMS)

Mr. Breeze Heating & Cooling does not send marketing, promotional, or automated text messages as a service channel today. If a technician or dispatcher needs to reach you about a scheduled visit, they will typically call from the office line. If we ever add SMS as a service or marketing channel, we will update this Policy first and only text customers who explicitly opt in through an unchecked, unbundled consent that names the business, message types, Msg & data rates, and STOP instructions. See also Your Privacy Choices.

Cookies, Analytics & Consent Mode

We use necessary cookies to make the site work. Analytics and advertising cookies (loaded through Google Tag Manager) are controlled by Google Consent Mode v2. Visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland start with analytics and ads storage denied until they accept; visitors elsewhere (including the United States) start with those signals allowed under a US-style opt-out model and can decline at any time via our cookie banner or by choosing "Cookie preferences" in the footer. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a do-not-sell/share preference for advertising storage. You can also use Google's browser add-on and industry opt-out tools (optout.aboutads.info).

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with trusted service providers who act on our behalf — website hosting and build partners (including CI Web Group / Hydra platform services), Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, reCAPTCHA, Google Ads), Housecall Pro (scheduling/booking), financing partners when you ask us to follow up about financing, and as required by law or to protect our rights. Some analytics or advertising activity may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain state privacy laws; you may opt out as described in Your Privacy Choices.

Your Privacy Choices

Your California Privacy Rights — Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) gives you specific rights regarding your personal information. Residents of other U.S. states with similar privacy laws may have comparable rights; contact us using the details below and we will honor applicable requests.

Categories of personal information we may collect (in the last 12 months), naming tools actually in use on this site:

  • Identifiers and contact data (name, email, phone, service address) you submit on lead, financing, or careers forms
  • Internet / electronic activity via Google Tag Manager / Google advertising tags (pages viewed, device/browser signals) when analytics or ad storage is allowed
  • Advertising identifiers and related signals via Google advertising tags loaded through GTM when ad storage is allowed
  • Inferences drawn from service-request content (e.g., type of HVAC issue) to fulfill your request
  • Scheduling-related information processed through Housecall Pro when you schedule a visit (we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers)

Sale / sharing disclosure: We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising through Google advertising tags when ad storage is allowed. You have the right to opt out of that sale/sharing.

Your rights: know/access, delete, correct, opt out of sale/sharing, limit use of sensitive personal information (where applicable), and non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

How to opt out:

  • Use the on-site cookie banner (Accept / Decline) or reopen it via Cookie preferences in the footer
  • Enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a supporting browser — we treat a GPC signal as a do-not-sell/share request for advertising storage
  • Email or call us using the contact details below and ask us to opt you out of sale/sharing

Payment Security

We do not collect, store, or process raw payment card numbers on mrbreezehvac.com pages. Financing inquiries submitted on this site are lead forms only — a Mr. Breeze team member follows up; there is no on-site credit-card entry or hosted payment iframe on our financing page. If you pay an invoice through a third-party processor or booking tool we link you to (for example, Housecall Pro), card data is handled on that processor's hosted page under their PCI DSS responsibilities. Prefer cash, check, or financing discussed with our team? Ask when your technician is on site or call the office.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it. Retention periods vary by record type (for example, service and invoice records are typically kept longer than one-off marketing inquiries). Exact schedules are maintained by the business and may be confirmed with counsel.

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
