1.1 Mr. Breeze Heating and Cooling is based in Especially Levaenworth, Shawnee, and provides heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services to residential and commercial customers.

1.2 These Terms apply to all users of our website and services, including clients, visitors, and other parties.

2. Services

2.1 Our services include but are not limited to HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair. Specific details of your service agreement will be outlined in a written contract or invoice.

2.2 We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for legitimate reasons, including safety concerns, lack of resources, or non-compliance with these Terms.

3. Pricing and Payments

3.1 All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Estimates provided are valid for 30 days or till notated on the bid from the date of issuance.

3.2 Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Full payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise stated.

3.3 We accept credit cards, checks, financing and bank transfers. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Warranties and Liability

‍4.1 Manufacturer warranties on equipment will vary and are detailed separately.

4.2 We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use, neglect, or unauthorized modifications to the equipment.

4.3 To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for incidental, consequential, or special damages.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1 Customers are responsible for providing access to the worksite and ensuring it is free from hazards.

5.2 Customers must notify us of any changes or issues promptly during the service period.

Club Membership – Additional Terms & Conditions

Priority Scheduling – Guaranteed Service with 24 hours of your call. You call, wecome. Simple as that. When you call our Mr Breeze Service line or Afterhours line, regardless of how busy we are, we will come to your home with 24 hours of your call!

Sapphire Club Credits – These credits are designed to be used to pay for; IAQ Items like; Humidifiers, UV Lights, Filter Cabinets, and Air Ionizers. It can also be used for; New Equipment, HVAC & Plumbing Repairs, and Air Filters. Premier Club and Sapphire Club Members will start with Sapphire credits upon signup ($100 and $200 respectively). Only Sapphire Club Members will continue to accrue more Sapphire Credits each month.

Discounted Repairs – Sapphire, Premier and Comfort club discount repairs do not count towards the Service Call amount, also called Dispatching call, Arrival Charge or Diagnostic Fee. It does count towards all repairs of covered HVAC equipment. Covered HVAC equipment is any HVAC system in the home covered by the Club Membership

Additional Systems – Most residential have one(1) HVAC system. However, for those that have more than one Complete HVAC system (defined as Outdoor Air Conditioner or Heat Pump, Furnace or Air Handler and Evaporator Coil) we offer discounted rates to service equipment in the same home with the same address and during the same visit. If a separate visit has to be scheduled to service the other system in a home, additional charges may be incurred.

Comfort Club Tune-ups - The Comfort Club is a discounted Membership designed to spread the cost of annual maintenance over the course of a year, as well as providing a modest discount on repairs for covered equipment (see Discounted Repairs for more details). This Club level a single visit per year, for tuning up either the Heating Equipment OR the Cooling Equipment. Not both.

Cancelling Membership – Memberships can be cancelled at any time. Any services that have been rendered must be paid prior to cancellation. To retain all Sapphire Credits, includes those issued at sign up, the member must remain with the program at least one full year. Example; A member purchases a monthly Sapphire Club Membership at $34.99 per month. Mr. Breeze performs a seasonal tune up on the system, and the member uses $200 of their Sapphire Credits on a repair. Then next month, the member decides to cancel the Membership. 50% of the services of the Sapphire Club Membership and all of the Sapphire credits have been rendered. Therefore, the member would owe a total of approximately $410 of the membership total. 50% of the Sapphire Club Membership services $209.94 and the full $200 of the Sapphire Credit issued at signup.

Terms and Conditions are subject to change without warning. Mr. Breeze Heating and Cooling reserves all rights and control of the Club Membership program.
